WELCOME TO THE INAUGURAL GRILLSTOCK IN MOORE, OKLAHOMA. We are excited to host you at the only Metro area sanctioned KCBS/OKBS competition. 

Please fill out the application form and submit it before the deadline of August 30th. Setup will be no later than 10:00 am. Event will close at 6:00 pm.

The cost for food trucks/beer garden vendors is $125 (non-refundable). The festival will take place on September 14, 2024. Payment will be due upon acceptance to the festival. An invoice will be sent via email. We accept Venmo (@moorechamber), credit cards, checks and money orders made payable to the Moore Chamber of Commerce. Payments can be mailed to:

By participating as a competitor at Grillstock, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Grillstock and its organizers, directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses) of whatever nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that may arise out of or in connection with your participation as a vendor at the festival.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims or demands asserted by any third party that may arise out of or in connection with your participation as a vendor at the festival, including but not limited to claims or demands for bodily injury, property damage, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge and agree that this hold harmless statement shall be binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and that it shall remain in full force and effect regardless of whether your participation as a vendor at the festival terminates for any reason.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms of this hold harmless statement and agree to be bound by them.
