WELCOME TO THE INAUGURAL GRILLSTOCK IN MOORE, OKLAHOMA.

The cost for Chili Cookoff is $50 (must have a minimum of 10 competitors for competition). The festival will take place on September 14, 2024, Judging will be done by the "people" and will be done from 11:00am to 1:00pm along side the BBQ Competition People's Choice. To secure your spot, payment must be made in advance. We accept Venmo, credit cards, checks and money orders made payable to the Moore Chamber of Commerce. Payments can be mailed to:

Rules and Regulations:

1. The entries will be judged in a People's Choice category only and should be setup by 10:30am. Judging will be done by the "people" and will be done from 11:00am to 1:00pm along side the BBQ Competition People's Choice.
2. Chili must be kept warm throughout the event at 140 degrees. You should have a cooking thermometer at your site.
3. All cooking is to be done in a sanitary manner.
4. Each team will provide all ingredients and utensils necessary to serve their chili.
5. Official cups and tasting spoons will be provided for dispensing chili to the public for tasting for the “People’s Choice” competition. 
6. Attendees who have paid to judge the chili MUST have on a RED wristband and have their spoon. Anyone who does not have the RED wristband does not get to taste the chili.
7. Cooking teams shall remain inside their areas and serve chili to the public until all their chili has been dispensed and the cook-off has officially closed. 
8. Each team should cook a minimum of 2 to 5 gallons of chili for the people's choice; however the more the merrier.

By participating as a competitor at Grillstock, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Grillstock and its organizers, directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses) of whatever nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that may arise out of or in connection with your participation as a vendor at the festival.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims or demands asserted by any third party that may arise out of or in connection with your participation as a vendor at the festival, including but not limited to claims or demands for bodily injury, property damage, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge and agree that this hold harmless statement shall be binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and that it shall remain in full force and effect regardless of whether your participation as a vendor at the festival terminates for any reason.
