WELCOME TO THE INAUGURAL GRILLSTOCK IN MOORE, OKLAHOMA.

The cost for Kids Q is $25, we will provide the hamburger meat (Ages 6-10) / steak (Ages 11-15) and clamshell. (There must be a minimum of 5 contestants in each category for event to occur). The Kids Q Contest will be held on September 13th. Setup/Cooks Meeting by 4:00pm, turn-in is at 6:30 pm and awards at 7:00pm.  All participants must have a parent or guardian on site. To secure your spot, payment must be made in advance. We accept Venmo, credit cards, checks and money orders made payable to the Moore Chamber of Commerce. Payments can be mailed to:

By participating as a vendor at Grillstock, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Grillstock and its organizers, directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses) of whatever nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that may arise out of or in connection with your participation as a vendor at the festival.
 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims or demands asserted by any third party that may arise out of or in connection with your participation as a vendor at the festival, including but not limited to claims or demands for bodily injury, property damage, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
 You acknowledge and agree that this hold harmless statement shall be binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and that it shall remain in full force and effect regardless of whether your participation as a vendor at the festival terminates for any reason.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms of this hold harmless statement and agree to be bound by them.
