Executive Board Meeting

The Executive Committee exercises decision-making powers between meetings of the Board of Directors and makes recommendations for the consideration of the Board of Directors. The committee also monitors the operations and finances of the Chamber on behalf of the Board.  In an emergency or in the interim in between Board meetings, the committee may make decisions on behalf of the Board, which should be later ratified by the Board.  The committee is comprised of the officers of the Board of Directors.
