Get ready to fly and to develop your arm balance practice. Connect to your core, strengthen your upper body, and increase the flexibility of your hips. The Arm Balance Workshop at Yoga & Fitness at The Post will be led by our instructor, Caroline! Caroline has included some of the most exciting arm balances- crow & its variations, frog, astavakrasana, flying pigeon, titibasana, pincha mayarasana, handstand, koundinyasana & it’s variations, and many more! All levels are welcome to this event. Caroline will provide step-by-step, technique-driven instruction, and you will find yourself surprised at your progress and capability. The Arm Balance Workshop aims to support you in your physical empowerment, providing you with exercises to turn your weaknesses into your strengths! This will be both fun and challenging!
