Moore Public Schools Foundation in partnership with Bridges and Moore Public Schools invites you to a Land Dedication in celebration of Building Bridges. Building Bridges is a capital campaign to build housing and expand support programs for Moore Public Schools high school students living alone.

Join us on Giving Tuesday to celebrate the generosity of our community and the promise of a brighter future for high school students who live alone. Nov. 28 at 10:30am we will gather on the site that will soon become home to 10 duplexes, resident advisor housing, and a student center designed to meet the needs of students needing these kinds of supports. The event will take place on the land behind Sky Ranch Elementary.

This event will kick off our Giving Season fundraising campaign, "Homes for the Holidays". We are asking for monetary gifts to help us reach a major milestone of $2.5 Million to fully fund the construction of this facility. “Homes for the Holidays" will kick off with the Building Bridges Land Dedication. It will conclude with a luncheon celebrating the radical generosity of this community on January 31st (more details to come). You can look forward to many ways to get involved with Building Bridges throughout 2024.

The Chamber hosts ribbon-cutting, groundbreaking, and open house ceremonies as a way of celebrating milestones for our Members, whether you're a new member of the Chamber, a newly opened business, a remodel, a new location, or a significant milestone. On the day of the celebration, we bring the big scissors and ribbon. If you would like to incorporate an open house or something else with your celebration, we will be happy to publicize that information as well!
