🔵 Military Appreciation Luncheon

Tuesday, May 17, 2022 (11:45 AM - 2:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

The Moore Chamber of Commerce proudly presents this year's Military Appreciation Luncheon on Tuesday, May 17, from 11:45 am to 1 pm at The Station at Central Park at 700 S Broadway. This year we will hear from Colonel David S. Miller, Vice Commander, Air Force Sustainment Center, Airforce Materiel Command, headquartered at Tinker Air Force Base.

Each year, this luncheon celebrates outstanding active duty and retired military personnel.
National Military Appreciation Month (NMAM) is celebrated every May and is a declaration that encourages U.S. citizens to observe the month as a symbol of unity. NMAM honors the current and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, including those who have died in the pursuit of freedom. The month of May is characterized by six national observances which highlight the contributions of those who have served.
