Clear View Insurance Services is partnering with the 8th-grade Digital Media class at Highland West Jr. High to create graphic design content for the company’s Facebook page. Teacher Rocky Dickinson and Jan S. Astani, Clear View’s marketing director, met in October at a community meeting facilitated by Moore Public Schools to see how local businesses and students can collaborate to create real workplace experiences. Astani met Dickinson’s students recently where they reviewed Clear View’s Facebook page and developed several campaign ideas.

“The students asked great questions about insurance, who our target market is, what ‘free quote’ means, etc,” Astani said. “They are treating this new relationship just like what it would mean to be a graphic designer working for a client. I can’t wait to see all the ideas and creations they come up with. Thank you to Mr. Dickinson and Moore Public Schools for giving my company this opportunity.”
